Farm-to-Table Dining with Ocean Views
Most of the fresh fruits, vegetables, and meats we serve are grown in our chef’s village on the mainland and brought out by boat several times a week (except for the coconuts which grow right on the island!). When possible we purchase fresh seafood directly from the local fisherman as their boats pass by our island. Dishes range from traditional Belizean cuisine and exotic flavors of the Caribbean to European and American favorites.
FAMILY-STYLE DINING CREATES FRIENDSHIPS AND MEMORIES
One of the best parts about dining at St. George’s Caye Resort is that we eat together “family-style” – our guests get to know each other while sharing meals and stories on the covered outdoor dining porch overlooking the ocean. For guests on a romantic honeymoon or getaway, we also offer private moonlit dinners on one of our docks, on the beach, or in our lush gardens.
