There's nothing better than lounging in a hammock while sipping your favorite cocktail and soaking up the Belizean sunshine. While we wish we could bring the island life to you, the next best option is to dream up your next visit and make one of our specialty drinks, the Midori Illusion, at home. This cocktail is a delicious and sweet blend of melon and fresh citrus flavors, sure to remind you of the "forever summer" we experience on the island.

Midori Illusion

1 oz. Vodka

2 oz. Midori Melon Liqueur

0.5 oz. Triple Sec

1.5 oz. Fresh Pineapple Juice

0.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

Shake and strain over crushed ice
